2 NJ Men Charged After Urinating on Child Cancer Victim’s Memorial

JERSEY SHORE – Two New Jersey men have been charged by authorities after filming one urinating on the memorial of a child who died from cancer.

According to authorities, Daniel Flippen filmed Bryan Bellace urinating on a memorial in Hamilton Township created in memory of 9-year-old Christian Clopp, who died in 2012 from Cancer. The video was posted on social media and shared with the Clopp family, who denounced the men as “scumbags.”

Flippen, 23 from Hammonton, was charged with having an open beer, while Bellace faces charges of lewdness, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief.

Community members Paul Burgan and Desmond Walker volunteered to clean the memorial, which can be seen in the picture below, posted by Christian Clopp’s father Mark.
